A motorcyclist has died after crashing down an embankment in Gravesend.
The incident happened in Luddesdown Road towards Luddesdown at around 1pm yesterday (June 25).
Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service crews were called to the scene.
The rider, a man in his 60s, of a black Kawasaki motorcycle, was pronounced dead shortly after.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage is urged to contact Kent Police and quote reference RY/SL/070/24.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Witnesses and dashcam footage are sought following a fatal collision near Gravesend.
“At around 1pm on Tuesday 25 June 2024, a black Kawasaki motorcycle was being ridden along Luddesdown Road towards Luddesdown, when it left the carriageway on the offside and travelled down an embankment.
“Patrols and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where the motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, was confirmed deceased.”
