A man has been taken to hospital after being attacked with a bottle at Sidcup station.
He was left with head injuries after reportedly being attacked at 4pm on June 21 The victim suffered a non-life-threatening injury from being hit and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police are continuing investigations and have urged anyone with information to call 101 or 'X' @MetCC, quoting 01/499155/24.
Information can also be shared confidentially with Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 16:00hrs on Friday, 21 June to reports of a man being assaulted in Sidcup Station, DA15.
“Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service and found a man with head injuries after being hit over the head with a bottle.
“He was taken to hospital for treatment where his injuries are thought to be non-life threatening.
“Enquiries into the circumstances continue.
“Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or ‘X’ @MetCC and quote 01/499155/24. You can also provide information anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
