A pensioner has admitted assaulting a woman and abusing a dog.
Robert Judd, 77, of Station Approach in Chelsfield, appeared at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on Friday (June 21).
At a previous hearing he pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal.
This relates to an incident which took place on May 1.
The details of the charge state that Judd assaulted the woman and grabbed the dog by the throat and kicked him.
The pensioner was remanded in bail until he is sentenced in July.
