A second person has been charged with the murder of a man in Deptford.
Robert Robinson, 21, was fatally stabbed on Carteret Way late on June 6.
Dalziell Wedderburn, 44, of Windlass Place in Deptford, was charged with Robert’s murder on June 9.
Now a second man – Kirk Harris, 18, of Upper Brockley Road in New Cross – has also been charged with Robert’s murder.
Harris will appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday, June 18).
A third man, aged 50, was arrested at the scene and was bailed to a date in early September.
Police were called at 10.35pm on June 6 to reports of a stabbing in Carteret Way.
Emergency services attended but despite their best efforts the victim died at the scene.
The man has been identified as 21-year-old Robert Robinson who lived locally.
His family have been informed.
A post-mortem examination on June 8, gave Robert’s cause of death as multiple incised wounds.
