A man has been taken to hospital after a fight broke out at a shop in Grove Park.
The incident happened in Baring Road near Coppers Lane just after 9.30pm yesterday (June 17).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man injured.
He was taken to a south London hospital where his injuries were assessed not to be life-threatening.
Another man, in the fight, was reportedly involved in a crash as he fled the scene.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries into the circumstances continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 21.34hrs on Monday, 17 June to reports of a fight between two men at a shop in Baring Road, SE12.
“As one of the men ran away, he was involved in a collision with a car.
“Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended and a crime scene was put in place.
“The man was taken to a south London hospital where his injuries were deemed not to be life-threatening or life-changing.
“No arrests have been made. Enquiries continue.”
