A second person has died following a crash on the A2 in Cobham.
Police were called at 4.14pm on Friday, May 31 to the coastbound carriageway to a crash involving a lorry and a van.
Two lorries were parked on the hard shoulder when a white Mercedes Sprinter van crashed with one of the lorries.
Police do not know the reason for this, and the lorry driver suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the van, a 50-year-old man, died at the scene.
The passenger, a 20-year-old man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to a London hospital by air ambulance.
He died on Tuesday, June 4.
The next of kin for both victims have been informed.
