The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Tuesday, June 11, 2024:
AVRAM STOICA, 19, of Pretoria Road in Romford, admitted stealing 8 iPhones from the Apple Store in The Glades. A warrant for Stoica’s arrest was issued after he failed to answer to bail.
DAVID SUTTON, 67, of The Grove in Biggin Hill, admitted stealing from Avicraft model shop in Bromley on two occasions in January. Sutton was given a conditional discharge and was told to pay £60 compensation.
AUREL NICUTU, 45, Cantwell Road in Plumstead, drink driving in Abbey Wood on April 13. Nicutu was disqualified from driving for one year and fined £120.
ANTHONY TEBBUTT, 52, of Stanley Road in Bromley, admitted stealing alcohol from Tesco in Bromley on four occasions between July 2022 and January 2023. Tebbutt was told to pay £221 compensation and a £30 fine.
