The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Thursday, June 6, 2024:
GARY ARNOLD, 54, of Cavendish Avenue in Welling, convicted of using threatening, abusive words or behaviour towards a man in Welling on April 4, as well as assaulting a police officer, driving without insurance and failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis. Arnold was given a community order including 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.
BILLY PERSAUD, 36, of Appledore Crescent in Sidcup, admitted drink driving in Bexleyheath on April 28. Persaud was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £230.
DANNY O’SHEA, 42, of Keynsham Road in Eltham, admitted assaulting a man in Eltham in October 4. O’shea was given a one year community order including a ban from the Bankers Draft pub in Eltham.
