Three days of back-to-back live music is set to take over Crystal Palace Park in a month's time.

Festival Republic is putting on a full weekend of live music, with an eclectic range of artists taking to the stage from Friday, July 5 to Sunday, July 7.

The lineup includes acclaimed headliners The National, Bloc Party and Skepta, with the Skepta debuting his own Big Smoke Festival during the weekend.

Crystal Palace Park has seen huge performances over the year by the likes of The Rolling Stones, Bob Marley and Pink Floyd.

Last year, the park welcomed even more exciting talent such as Iggy Pop and Blondie, The Lumineers, Two Door Cinema Club and The Wombats, as part of Community Festival Presents.

To commence the 2024 events on Friday, July 5, The National are set to deliver an "epic" live show.

Hailing from New York and established in 1999, they are celebrated for their distinctive alternativealt-rock sound.

The Guardian once described them as "an era-defining band at the peak of their powers".

Their last five albums have all been top five hits in the UK, including their Grammy-winning number one 'Sleep Well Beast'.

The National will be sharing the stage with Kevin Morby and This Is The Kit.

Mercury Prize-winning star Skepta takes the reins on Saturday, July 6, launching his first ever Big Smoke Festival.

The seasoned artist and Boy Better Know founding member will showcase a range of artists across two stages for the one-day music event.

The festival, handpicked by Skepta, promises a rich mix of genres and talent.

Skepta himself will perform his only UK concert of 2024 as the headline act.
