A Vietnamese restaurant in Sidcup has applied to extend its opening hours and the time it can sell alcohol until.
Doan Gia Limited, owner of Chapter Tep situated at 10 Wellington Parade, Blackfen Road has submitted the application to London Borough of Bexley.
The proposed new opening hours would be from 12pm to 10pm, every day of the week.
Chapter Tep is currently only open from 12pm until 9pm on weekdays, with a two-hour closure between 3pm and 5pm.
The licence would also permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption on and off the premises, Monday to Sunday, from 12pm to 9.30pm.
This application was revealed on the Public Notice Portal.
Details of the application and the Licensing Register can be viewed at the Licensing Partnership, P.O. Box 182, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1GP.
They will be available for inspection between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.
Interested parties or "Responsible Authority" can send objections to this application in writing, no later than June 6.
