A fried chicken shop in Beckenham has applied for a licence to serve food until midnight on weekdays.

Favourite Fried Chicken, located at 284-286 High Street, Beckenham, already has a licence to serve food until 11pm.

Now it wants to sell chicken, ribs, and other late-night refreshments from until midnight, Sunday to Thursday.

Rubaranee Puflendran, the applicant, submitted the application for a premises licence variation under the Licensing Act 2003, to permit late-night refreshment.

This application was revealed on the Public Notice Portal.

Anyone wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice, in writing, to Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, or via email at licensing@bromley.gov.uk.

All representations must be received no later than June 7.

The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 10am and 4pm during normal office hours at the above address.

Making false statements in connection with an application is regarded as an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003.
