The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Friday, May 31, 2024:
TERRY JOCHAM, 32, of Gertrude Road in Belvedere, admitted criminal damage of a car window in Bexley on April 10 and burgling Snap Fitness in Belvedere on November 24 last year. Jocham was given a one-year community order including electronic monitoring of his whereabouts.
CONNOR VIJAYARATNAM, 29, of Miller Close in Bromley, admitted failing to provide a blood sample for analysis having been suspected of a driving offence in Beckenham on April 11. Vijayaratnam was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £120.
DANNY SWAIN, 38, of Barnfield Gardens in Plumstead, admitted theft from Poundland on Orpington High Street on April 22. Swain was fined £40.
ALISON GIRDIEFSKI, 60, from Norwich, admitted assaulting a police officer and racially aggravated assault against a person in Greenwich on October 15 last year. Girdiefski was given a one-year community order including 150 hours of unpaid work and £100 compensation.
