A road in Dartford is set to shut for “urgent” works, putting drivers on a diversion route in Temple Hill.
Keyes Road will be shut on June 3 for carriageway patching by Kent County Council.
The closure will be put in place outside the Tesco store.
The closure will last a maximum of one day.
Drivers have been advised to use a detour route via Henderson Drive, Joyce Green Lane and Trevithick Drive.
Darren Povey, Labour Councillor for Temple Hill, on Dartford Borough Council, announced on Facebook: “Urgent Road Closure - Keyes Road, Dartford - June 3, 2024.
“It will be necessary to close Keyes Road, Dartford from 3rd June 2024 for up to 1 day.
“The road will be closed outside Tesco.
“The alternative route is via Henderson Drive, Joyce Green Lane, Trevithick Drive, Keyes Road.
“This is to enable carriageway patching to be carried out by Kent County Council.”
