The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Wednesday, May 29, 2024:
BILLIE LOGAN, 30, of Hurstwood Avenue in Erith, admitted assaulting an emergency worker in Erith on February 10, breaking the officer’s glasses. Logan was given an 18-week sentence suspended for 18 months.
HAKAN ARSLAN, 43, of Arlington Close in Lewisham, admitted stealing a Nintendo Switch and a PSP from a car in Lewisham on December 6. Arslan was given a one-year community order.
YASMIN NWADIKWA, 31, of Middleton Street in Bethnal Green, admitted racially aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress on May 18 last year. Nwadikwa was fined £175 and a restraining order was made.
DAVID GWYNNE, 50, of High Street in Bromley, admitted drink driver on Cutter Lane, Greenwich on May 11. Gwynne was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £120.
ABDERZAKE BOUKOFTANE, 24, of England Way in New Malden, admitted stealed £1,128 of Hugo Boss clothing from Morleys Department Store in Bexleyheath. Boukoftane was given a one-year community order and was banned from Morleys.
SHABIR VALIZADA, 31, of New Cross Road in Deptford, admitted assault by beating in Liverpool on September 19 last year. Valizada was given a community order and ordered to pay £114 compensation.
