The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Friday, May 24, 2024:
JESSE NEVES, 21, of Silverleigh Road in Thornton Heath, admitted failing to stop for a constable, dangerous driving and possessing cannabis in Bell Green on March 14. Neves was given a 20-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months. He was also ordered to complete 80 hours unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
JACK HARMON, 28, of Arsenal Way in Woolwich, admitted drug driving in Eltham on October 7 last year. Harmon was disqualified from driving for one year and fined £120.
EMMA RUSSELL, 38, of Montbelle Road in Eltham, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour, assaulting a police officer, causing criminal damage to a car and failing to provide a breathe sample for analysis. Russell was given a 12 week sentence suspended for one year. She was also disqualified from driving for 30 months.
VAJUBHAI JADAV, 62, of Wickham Street in Welling, admitted drink driving on Wernbrook Street in Plumstead on April 6. Jadav was disqualified from driving one year and fined £400.
SUKHWINDER SINGH, 52, of Waltham Road in Southall, admitted drug driving on Shooters Hill in Blackheath on January 29. Singh was disqualified from driving for one year and fined £120.
