A popular Welling pub will be closing its doors throughout the month of June as it undertakes a six-figure refurbishment.
The Nags Head in Welling High Street will be closed from Tuesday, May 28 to undergo the transformation,
It is then set to reopen on Saturday, July 6 with its new look.
The transformation will begin on Tuesday so that The Nags Head can stay open over the bank holiday weekend.
The Greene King pub shared a statement on Facebook to keep it’s customers informed about the closure.
It said: “We’ll be saying goodbye for a little while as we make some exciting changes here at the Nags Head.
“We’re still open throughout this bank holiday weekend but will be closed from Monday evening onwards.
“Keep checking here for updates on the changes and the plans for our exciting relaunch events.
“Artur and the Nags Head Team can’t wait to welcome you back on Saturday, July 6.”
