Two people have been arrested after a disturbance in Dartford last night.
Police were called at 7.20pm on Sunday (May 19) to a report of a disturbance involving a number of people on Oldfield Place.
Officers attended and one woman received treatment at the scene for injuries sustained during the incident.
This woman was later arrested in connection with the incident, alongside a 16-year-old girl from Gravesend.
Both remain in custody while investigations into the circumstances continue.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Kent Police was called at 7.20pm on Sunday 19 May 2024 to a report of a disturbance involving a number of people in Oldfield Place, Dartford.
“Officers attended and one woman received treatment at the scene for injuries sustained during the incident.
“This woman was later arrested in connection with the incident, alongside a 16-year-old girl from Gravesend.
“Both remain in custody while enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident are established.”
