The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Wednesday, May 8, 2024:
JAMES BYFORD, 40, of Crayford Way in Crayford, admitted assaulting a woman and causing criminal damage to her back gate, car and Ring doorbell on February 5. Byford was given a 12 week prison sentence suspended for 18 months. He was also fined £338.
MEHTAP BARBALLI, 24, Barrow Hill Close in Worchester Park, admitted drug driving on Leasdale, Bromley on January 20. Barballi was given a one-year community order including 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.
SAMARA HERCULES, 41, of Selby Road in Bromley, admitted possessing a kitchen knife on Castleton Road, Bromley, on February 4. Hercules was given a one-year community order and was fined £120.
MALCOLM SPENCER, 53, of Old Lane in Tatsfield, admitted driving while disqualified in Keston on March 8. Spencer was given a one-year community order including 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 11 months.
DIEGO ROACHA ROJAS, 41, of Basevi Way in Deptford, admitted drink driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance on New Cross Road on March 4. Rojas was given a one-year community order including 40 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 19 months.
