The most popular property listings of April have been revealed by Rightmove and one mansion near Bromley has topped the list.
The six-bedroom home with a 'holiday style outdoor space' is currently on sale for £5.75 million on the property site and is among the UK's five most popular.
Built in 2018, the home features a high-end design, with a nod to history in the form of its mock Tudor styling.
Set in Chelsfield Park near Bromley, the home's interior features Italian marble flooring and a luxurious Japanese kitchen.
While outside there is a large patio with a custom-built open fire and Green Egg, and there is also a flood-lit football pitch on site.
Discussing the most popular homes of April, Rightmove’s property expert, Tim Bannister, said: “From newly designed homes filled with futuristic design features to listed period houses filled with centuries of history, this month’s most-viewed homes are as impressive as they are eclectic.”

The property, named Rivendell on Chelsfield Park Estate is said to have been created for entertaining with a large open-plan reception area with marble fireplaces, Wenge furniture, and Art Deco partitions.
The home's 45-foot kitchen-living area was exclusively designed and furnished by Giorgio, keeping in line with the Art Deco theme.
The luxury touches extend with a top-spec kitchen fitted in Japanese Tamo Root Wood, decked with marble tops, Gaggenau appliances and an island fit for a banquet.
Towards the garden, floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors reveal a grand view of the generous outdoor space complemented by a dual fireplace connecting to the sitting room.
Two additional reception rooms, marked as a study and snug, round up the living areas along with a conveniently located utility room.
The ground floor also houses an annexe equipped with a living room, a bedroom with luxury fittings, and an ensuite bathroom.
The upper floor uncovers five lavish bedroom suites with porcelain-tiled bathrooms and custom-designed dressing rooms.
Continuing the lifestyle outdoors, the grounds reveal glorious south-facing spaces covering the 1.67-acre plot.
Large patio spaces for alfresco entertaining are on hand, complete with an outdoor covered dining area, a built-in open fire with a chimney, and Green Egg and Broil King BBQ facilities.
Unity of nature and sports collide with a 4g seven aside floodlit football pitch while secluded areas, landscaped and wooded, offer a quiet retreat.
