A man in his 50s has died after a crash between a car and a lorry in Crayford.
The incident happened in Thames Road just after 10.30pm yesterday (April 27).
Emergency services were called to the scene and found the driver of the car, a man, injured.
He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.
His family have been informed.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 2236hrs on Saturday, 27 April, to a car in collision with a lorry in Thames Road, Crayford.
“Despite the efforts of emergency services, the driver of the car, a man aged in his 50s, died at the scene. His family have been informed.
“Nobody else was taken to hospital.
“There has been no arrest.”
