A major emergency service presence has been pictured at a train station in Orpington.
Multiple emergency vehicles were spotted outside Chelsfield train station at around 8pm yesterday (April 24).
Southeastern Railway confirmed on X (formally known as Twitter) that all lines were closed after a person was hit by a train.
Trains were unable to run between Orpington and Sevenoaks as the incident was being dealt with.
The lines reopened just after 10.30pm and all disruptions were cleared at around 12.30am today (April 25).
We have contacted British Transport Police and London Ambulance Service for further information.
