Police are urgently searching for a teenager missing from Gravesend.

Mark Ives, 17, was reported missing at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, April 23.

He is described by police as being around 5ft 8in and was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit, green Nike jacket and white Nike Air Force trainers and he was reportedly carrying a black rucksack. 

Anyone who sees Mark or knows where he is, is asked to call 999 quoting reference 23-1275.

A spokesperson for Kent Police said: "Kent Police is appealing for information into the whereabouts of a missing teenage boy from Gravesend.

"Mark Ives, 17, was reported missing shortly before 8.30pm on Tuesday 23 April 2024.

"He is around 5ft 8in and was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit, green Nike jacket and white Nike Air Force trainers, and carrying a black rucksack.

"Anyone who sees Mark or knows where he is should call 999 quoting reference 23-1275."
