A man in his 50s has been taken to hospital after a crash on a busy street in London.
The incident between a pedestrian and a bus happened in Oxford Street at around 1.40pm yesterday (April 22).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man injured.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was assessed as non life threatening.
Police enquiries into the circumstances continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at approximately 13:40hrs on Monday, 22 April to reports of a bus in collision with a pedestrian in Oxford Street, W1.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and the pedestrian, a man believed aged in his 50s, was taken to hospital for treatment.
“His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
“Enquiries into the circumstances continue.”
