A woman has died after a flat fire in Bromley.
The fire broke out in Kingswood Road just before 11.20am on April 19.
Firefighters attended and found a woman in a ground-floor flat who was pronounced dead shortly after.
The incident was over for fire crews from Forest Hill Fire Station by 11.50am.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade said: “Sadly, a woman has died following a fire at a flat on Kingswood Road in Bromley.
“Crews found a woman in a ground-floor flat who was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
“The Brigade was called at 1117 and the incident was over for firefighters by 1150.
“One fire engine from Forest Hill Fire Station attended the scene.
“The cause of the fire is under investigation.”
