A 17-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Southall.
The incident happened in Southall High Street just after 7.50pm yesterday (April 5).
Officers were called to the scene and found a boy with a stab injury to his back.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was assessed as not life threatening.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 19:51hrs on Friday, 5 April to reports of a stabbing in High Street, Southall.
“Officers responded and found a 17-year-old boy with stab injuries to his back.
“He was taken to hospital, where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
“At this stage there have been no arrests. Further enquires are ongoing.
“Anyone with information that could help police should call 101 ref CAD 6617/5 Apr.”
