Fire crews were called to a car fire on the M25 in Orpington yesterday.
Emergency services were called yesterday (March 21) at around 4:39pm to a car fire near junction J4 of the M25 in Orpington.
Two fire engines and firefighters wearing breathing equipment worked to extinguish the flames using hose reel jets.
The fire was under control by 5:09pm with no reported injuries.
A spokesperson for Kent Fire and Rescue Service said: “Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a car alight near Junction 4 of the M25, for Orpington.
“Two fire engines attended, and firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the flames using hose reel jets.
“No injuries were reported.“
