Thousands of music fans will be heading to London's O2 Arena this week to see iconic band, Simple Minds. 

As part of their Global Tour, the group will be celebrating more than 40 years of hits including the likes of 'Don't You Forget About Me', 'Promised You a Miracle' and 'Alive and Kicking'.

Throughout Simple Mind's successful career, the band have sold more than 60 million albums and had countless number-one hits all over the world.

Lead singer of Simple Minds Jim Kerr said: "Concerts are the lifeblood of Simple Minds, it’s where we and our audience come alive and energised through music. Four decades on from when we first set out, this global tour will demonstrate that Simple Minds are still alive and kicking!"
