I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:-
PILGRIM HILL FARM, CHAPMANS LANE, ORPINGTON (08/02539)
Applicant: Mr P Dipino and Mr G Spence
Proposal: Conversion of existing outbuildings to form one 3 bedroom and two 2 bedroom dwellings. Formation of residential curtilages and associated parking and landscaping (the barn and the stables).
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the above applications, the plans and other documents submitted with them at the Planning and Engineering Reception Counter, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH between 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.
