A fire at a block of flats in Abbey Wood caused three people to flee the building.
The fire brigade was first called to Hartslock Drive, SE2 at 9.10am this morning (March 6).
Three people fled the flat before fire crews arrived on scene.
Part of the flat on the 11th floor was damaged in the blaze.
Nobody was injured in the incident, and it was brought under control by 9.53am.
A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade said: “Firefighters tackled a fire at a block of flats on Hartslock Drive, SE2 this morning.
“Part of a flat on the 11th floor was damaged by fire.
“Three people left the flat before firefighters arrived.
“There are no reports of any serious injuries.
“The Brigade was called at 0910 and the fire was extinguished by 0953”.
