A manhunt has been launched after a fly-tipping incident in Dartford.
The fly-tippers allegedly dumped fence panels and other waste near some garages in Windermere Close on February 16 at around 12.15pm.
Dartford Borough Council hopes to identify those pictured as they believe they may be able to assist in the investigation.
The clear images released by the council include two men, a vehicle including the number plate ENI8 TLV and a shot of the dumped waste by the garages.
Anyone with any further information or any witnesses are asked to contact the Environmental Enforcement team via environmental.enforcement@dartford.gov.uk or 01322 343434.
Kent Police has been approached for further information.
