CASH raised by a golf club's fundraising events over a year has been presented to its chosen charity.
Chislehurst Golf Club in Camden Park Road presented Christine Easton, head of MindCare, part of Bromley Mind, with a cheque bringing the total raised this year to £3,700.
The money was raised through a fashion show, quiz, raffle and a golf day.
For five years the club's captain Reg Pollard was a driver for MindCare which provides care for people with Alzheimer's and dementia.
He collected people from their homes and brought them to the centre in Hayne Road, Beckenham.
Mr Pollard said: "I enjoyed my time working with MindCare and was aware how hardworking and dedicated the staff are and so decided to make Bromley Mind my nominated charity."
The money raised will help to buy garden equipment and a mini bus.
