Hundreds of tourists have taken to Tripadvisor to share their disappointment over one of the UK's biggest landmarks, Buckingham Palace.
As the official residence of King Charles III, the Buckingham Palace that stands today has been used by the royals since 1837.
Every year millions of tourists head to London to stand and view the royal residence watching the changing of the guards and taking in the impressive architecture.
While each summer, Buckingham Palace opens its state rooms and gardens to the general public.
However, some people were left disappointed by their visit to the landmark, with one even looking to complain to King Charles.
More than 300 tourists have left one-star reviews for Buckingham Palace on the review site Tripadvisor.
Tourists gutted with Buckingham Palace visit and want to complain to the King
One user of Tripadvisor described the tour of Buckingham Palace as "a facade" writing: "Terrible terrible terrible!! All those security guards spoiled the entire experience for me and my parents!"
The tourists had travelled from overseas and shared: "I had to keep explaining myself to every guard posted at every damn point that I have to carry my bag and I cannot lose my bag!
"They tortured me to hell and spoiled my entire tour experience. I'll complain to King Charles!"
Another Tripadvisor user described Buckingham Palace as a "big house in London with more bedrooms than mine and probably more televisions although I did not see one nor a sky dish either."
Others who had taken part in the garden tour at Buckingham Palace called it a "rip-off" adding: "Disappointing garden tour. I would estimate 15% is available to view.

Although not everyone was happy with Buckingham Palace, plenty loved the experience, as one said it was "stunning": "An amazing 90-minute tour round the State Rooms of the Palace. Our guide was superb and all the staff are polite, friendly, well informed and efficient.
"The Palace is magnificent and the art on display is beautiful. It was fascinating to see behind the façade."
