The incident was first reported on February 19, 2024 at 6am and School Lane in Horton Kirby is expected to remain closed until February 25, 2024 at 7pm.
Pictures show a large number of roof tiles and piles of dirt dumped onto the road, which spans from house number 82 to Three Gates Road.
Kent County Council (KCC) Highways, the local authority responsible for road management, has launched an investigation and is working to clear the road.

Until the road reopens, a diversion route has been put in place.
The detour takes traffic through Three Gates Road, Canada Farm Road, Rabbits Road, Skinny Lane, Forge Lane, and eventually back onto School Lane.
According to Kent Online, this is the second closure of School Lane this month, with the road previously shut down due to a similar fly-tipping incident.
