Bromley Council has announced plans for a new affordable housing development in Beckenham - with residents now invited to share their thoughts.
The proposed development would provide 35 affordable homes on the site of the former Lewis House, located to the west of The Spa Leisure Centre.
Residents are invited to Beckenham library on Saturday, February 24, Tuesday, February 27, and Wednesday, February 28, from 9.30am to 12.30pm to share their views.
Members of the project team will be at these consultations ready to answer queries and receive feedback.
Opinions can also be submitted online, via the council's website, until the consultation officially closes on March 4, 2024.
Councillor Yvonne Bear, Executive Councillor for Renewal, Recreation and Housing at Bromley Council said: "This new development in Beckenham will help bring forwards much-needed additional affordable housing.

"We continue to progress with our commitment to provide more Bromley homes for Bromley people.
"It is important that residents’ views are considered so that we can ensure proposals meet local priorities.
"I encourage any interested residents to attend these engagement events and discuss the plans ahead of a full Planning Application being submitted."
Designed by Rivington Street Studio, the proposed development would be made up of a mixture of one, two and three bedroom homes, as well as accessible homes, all affordable at social rent level.
The plans also include affordable workspace provision and new landscaping around the building.

The proposals are still subject to the successful outcome of a future planning application, which has yet to be submitted.
Community services which were previously delivered from Lewis House have been relocated within the borough, and the council continues to offer an operational therapy service.
Experts by Experience, who were located at Lewis House, have now moved to Bromley town centre.
