A SCHOOL'S summer fete attracted around 200 people and raised £1,000.
The event at De Lucy Primary School included attractions such as a bouncy castle, an assault course, a barbecue and a raffle.
It raised about £1,000 for a new sheltered area in the playground at the school in Cookhill Road, Abbey Wood.
Members of the fire brigade and police attended the event, along with Erith and Thamesmead MP John Austin.
Headteacher Linda Cohen said: "The day was an outstanding success and well done to all our children, staff and parents."
