A LEAFLET has been produced to help make people aware of how to recognise vulnerable adults who are being abused.
It highlights the signs of physical, financial or verbal abuse and offers advice on where people should go if they have any concerns.
The leaflet has been produced by the Bromley Safeguarding Adults Board, which consists of the council and organisations in the borough involved in the care of vulnerable adults.
It is available at places across the borough including police stations, libraries, Citizens Advice offices, health clinics and charity Age Concern.
Bromley Safeguarding Adults Board chairman Terry Rich said: "Speaking out isn't always an easy thing to do.
"But it is the right thing to do and we owe it to them to act on our concerns."
