In the face of rising property prices in the UK, we wanted to know how far your money would stretch in each of the News Shopper boroughs.
Surprisingly, there are still 'property' listings on Zoopla for under £100,000 - although in some areas this just amounts to a garage.
From houses to land plots, here's a round-up of what £100k or less can fetch you in each borough.
Bexley:
For £25,000 in Bexley you can get your hands on a freehold en-bloc garage close to Crayford high street.
The estate agent describes the garage as rarely available and located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac.
The garage is 137 square ft and, unsurprisingly, chain free.
Bromley:
In Bromley, a Freehold Plot is on sale for £90,000.
This piece of land, located in Crowhurst Way, Orpington, is close to St. Mary Cray Station and the Nugent Shopping Park.
The plot is fence bordered, accessible via double wooden gates, although the listing does not specify the size of the piece of land.
Lewisham:
In Lewisham, you can arguably get the most bang for your buck.
For £70,000 you can get a 2-bedroom maisonette to be sold by an online auction on Wednesday, February 14.
The maisonette, located on Meadowview Road, is close to Lower Sydenham station and has a kitchen, living room and bathroom.
Greenwich:
For a guide price of £5,000 upwards, you can get a freehold plot of land and roadways in Greenwich.
Measuring around 2,300 square ft, this plot is for sale by public auction.
It is located in Camelot Close, near to Gallions Park and Woolwich rail station.
Southwark:
In Southwark, £60,000 can secure you a... parking space.
The underground space, which measures 50 square ft, "boasts a secure automatic gated entry" according to the estate agent.
The development with the parking is close to Southbank, as well as Southwark Underground station.
