Dominos has opened a new store inside an abandoned brewery in Charlton which was left derelict before the brand decided to buy it and start using it to offer pizza instead of pints.
The pizza company opened the new store on 757 Woolwich Road, Charlton, SE7 8LW, creating 28 jobs in the process.
The store is housed in an old Truman Brewery and Dominos has said they are preserving the building’s original features, including a unique eagle feature above the entrance.
The store will offer roles such as pizza chefs, in-store team members, and delivery drivers, serving customers seven days a week from 11am - 11pm.
Pizzas will be freshly made with quality ingredients, including firm favourites like Pepperoni Passion as well as new additions, such as Loaded Fries.
Rasheed Reefadh, Area Manager of the Charlton Domino’s store, said: "We’re excited to have opened our new store in Charlton, to deliver the nation’s favourite pizza.
"We’re also passionate about enhancing the community with new employment opportunities, where people can grow and develop their careers.
"We’re really looking forward to settling in and building strong lasting relationships with local residents."
The Charlton outlet is introducing the Price Slice Deal, offering unbeatable prices for pizzas, with all small pizzas for £8, medium pizzas for £10, and large pizzas for £12 for either collection or delivery until February 12.
From then on until end of March, customers can take advantage of the "Customer's Delight" deal with small pizzas for £7.99, medium pizzas for £9.99, and large pizzas for £11.99.
