YOUNGSTERS enjoyed a range of activities at a school summer fayre.
More than 1,000 people attended Riverview Infant School's Summer Fayre in Cimba Wood, Gravesend, on July 20.
Activities included face painting, a coconut shy, a tombola, and a giant pink panther slide while school pupils, aged five to seven, danced and sang in the main arena.
The day raised more than £4,000 which will be used to buy play equipment for the school's recently built classroom for reception pupils.
School treasurer, Leigh Robbins, who helped organise the event, said: "We are all so pleased with how the day went.
"We raised a record amount of money and I would like to say a big thank you to all the volunteers who helped organise the day.
"It was great to see the kids performing in the main arena. A lot of practise had gone into those performances and they all did great."
