Services were affected from around 6pm last night (Sunday) until 6am today (January 22), after high winds at 50mph were imposed on services.
Multiple weather warnings, including two amber wind alerts, were put in place by the Met Office across the country for last night.
Rail, sea and air travellers were hit with disruption on Sunday, with closures, cancellations and delays across a number of services.
