- Seven men, all from south east London, are on trial accused of murdering 24-year-old Kai McGinley, who was shot dead in Erith in February last year.
- Kai was blasted to death with a shotgun after the car he was in was rammed off the street on Pembroke Road.
- The prosecution alleges it was "a planned and targeted execution which was almost certainly drugs related".
- On January 18 the jury at the Old Bailey were given a detailed outline of the case against the seven men.
- All seven defendants deny Kai's murder, as well as the attempted murder of two of Kai's friends.
