A steakhouse in Dartford has applied for a licence to sell food and drink until 3am at the weekends.
Dartford Ribeye Steakhouse, located on 58 Spital Street, has submitted the request to Dartford Borough Council for late night refreshment from Friday to Sunday, with the extended serving hours of 11pm to 3am.
According to the application by Mr Habibur Rahman, listed on the Public Notice Portal, the proposed hours are a change from the current operating hours of 12pm-11pm every day.
A premises licence allows particular venues to offer entertainment and other activities including the selling of alcohol.
Should the licence be granted, the new hours would allow customers to enjoy their meals and drinks late into the night.
The Dartford steakhouse has a focus on Italian cuisine, serving up "comfort classics" including burgers and pasta.
The variety of Italian dishes are homemade, and the restaurant also offers customers the option to order online via their website.
Customers have given the steakhouse an average of 4 and a half stars in reviews on the company's website.
