Royal Mail has confirmed that there may be issues with certain deliveries to addresses in Herne Hill today.
Royal Mail is a business that provides postal and delivery services six days a week to homes across the United Kingdom.
In a small number of local offices, this may temporarily not be possible due to local issues such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors.
The Royal Mail website states that customers living in Herne Hill, with the postcode SE24 could be impacted by this today (December 11).
There were also delivery issues in Herne Hill last week as well.
In these cases, Royal Mail rotates deliveries to minimise the delay to individual customers.
The British postal service is providing targeted support to the Herne Hill offices to address their challenges and restore their service to the high standard.
