A male has been arrested after a police chase lead to police finding 23 bags of herbal cannabis.
The arrest was made after police chased a male along Trafalgar Road in Greenwich.
After the suspect was detained, police allege that they found the cannabis in his bag.
A secondary investigation then allegedly found drug dealing messages on his phone.
Greenwich MPS tweeted: “A male has been arrested after police pursued him along Trafalgar Road SE10.
“After police detained him, 23 bags of herbal cannabis were found in his bag.
“A secondary investigation found drug dealing messages on his phone.
“The male has made full admittance to his offences.”
