Planned engineering work will take place on certain Southeastern Railway lines this weekend, closing some lines.
The work will be taking place on Saturday, December 9, and Sunday, December 10 closing some lines and causing some trains to be replaced by buses.
We have compiled all of the information about this work so that you can properly plan your travel this weekend.
Amended 12.10am London Victoria to Ramsgate Service (Sunday, December 10)
Engineering work is taking place between Margate and Ramsgate, closing some lines.
As a result, the 00:10 London Victoria to Ramsgate service will be replaced by an accessible bus between Margate and Ramsgate, calling at all stations.
Buses replace trains between Lewisham and Orpington/Dartford via Sidcup (Sunday, December 10)
Engineering work is taking place between St John's / Hither Green and Dartford, closing some lines.
Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Ramsgate / Dover Priory via Tonbridge will be diverted to run to / from London Victoria. These trains will only run between London Victoria and Minster because of further engineering work.
Hastings Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Hastings will be retimed and divert via an alternative route between London Bridge and Orpington.
Grove Park Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Sevenoaks will not run.
Bromley South Line: Trains between London Victoria and Orpington will be extended to run to / from Sevenoaks.
Sidcup Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Dartford / Gravesend will not run. Additional trains will run between London Cannon Street and Gravesend via Woolwich.
Accessible rail replacement buses will run between:
Lewisham and Orpington
Lewisham and Dartford via Sidcup
Buses replace trains between Margate, Ramsgate and Minister (Sunday, December 10)
Engineering work is taking place between Margate and Minster and also between Ramsgate and Sandwich, closing some lines.
Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Victoria and Ramsgate / Dover Priory via Ashford International will run hourly, and will divide at Ashford International. One portion of the train will run from Ashford to Minster via Canterbury West. The other portion will run between Ashford International and Minster via Dover Priory. These trains will run to / from London Victoria because of further engineering work. Additional trains will run between London Victoria and Ashford via Tonbridge.
Sole Street Line: Trains between London Victoria and Ramsgate via Chatham will only run between London Victoria and Margate.
High Speed via Ashford International: Trains between London St Pancras International and Margate via Canterbury West will be retimed and only run between London St Pancras International and Minster. Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Dover Priory will be retimed and only run between London St Pancras International and Dover Priory.
High Speed via Gravesend: Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Faversham will only run between London St Pancras International and Margate.
Accessible rail replacement buses will run between:
Minster and Margate, calling at all stations
Minster and Ramsgate (non-stop)
Margate and Ramsgate, calling at all stations
