Eltham Palace Christmas lights has been cancelled tonight as the Met Office predicts heavy rain tonight.
Eltham Palace and Gardens' annual Christmas light event has been cancelled tonight (December 7) due to poor weather conditions.
The annual event began on December 1 and runs until January 1, where the gardens of the historical building will be decorated with Christmas lights curated by Creative Director Katherine Jewkes with lighting specialists Illumaphonium and SLX.
Met Office has predicted heavy rainfall in London this evening from 5pm until 8pm.
It has been confirmed that tonight’s ticket holders will be contacted regarding alteration of their tickets.
The cancellation currently only affects tonight’s event, with no other dates confirmed to be impacted due to weather conditions.
