A would-be vape thief has been banned from a shop on Deptford High Street which specialises in CBD oil.
Jason Torok, 40, of Childeric Road in New Cross, trespassed into Hall of Vape with intent to steal on May 16 last year.
He was later charged with trespass with intent to steal.
Torok appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on November 29, 2023, after pleading guilty.
Torok was handed a one-year community order with instructions to have treatment for drug dependency.
He was also banned from Hall of Vape for one year and ordered to pay £240 in compensation.
