A Norwood nail salon has been damaged after a man with a knife attacked the shop.
Police were called to Station Road at 2.05pm on December 5, where officers carried out a search of the area.
The shop involved in the incident is believed to be Hollywood Nails.
They were unable to locate the suspect.
Police have said that enquiries are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called at 14:05hrs on Tuesday, 5 December to reports that a man with a knife had damaged a shop in Station Road, SE25.
“Officers attended and carried out a search of the area to locate the suspect.
“He was not found and further enquiries will take place to identify him.”
