A Range Rover driver who hit 51mph on a 20mph road has been banned.
Jennifer Marie Evans, 63, from Penge, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on November 30 after she was found guilty of speeding.
The court heard that on May 26 she was behind the wheel of a Land Rover Range Rover Evoque on the A2218 Southend Lane in Sydenham.
A speed camera recorded her travelling at 51mph.
Evans was fined £660, told to pay a £264 surcharge and £100 in costs.
She was also disqualified from holding a licence for six months due to repeat offending.
