We’ve rounded up all the planned London Overground service closures this weekend as rail strikes are set to take place.
ASLEF has announced that industrial action will take place on Sunday, December 3, affecting a number of train operators serving south London.
ASLEF additionally announced an overtime ban which is set to be in effect from Friday, December 1 until Saturday, December 9.
Train providers are warning of busier trains along with amended services during the first weekend of December.
This weekend there will be no services on the London Overground running between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction or Sydenham or Crystal Palace.
Customers are being advised to use buses to complete their journeys during the weekend, with a replacement bus service running between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction.
Here are the changes affecting south London:
Saturday, December 2 – Sunday, December 3: No services between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction
This weekend there will be no London Overground services running between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction.
A replacement bus service will run between these stations calling at Canada Water, Surrey Quays, Queens Road Peckham, Peckham Rye, Denmark Hill, Clapham High Street, Wandsworth Road and Clapham Junction.
Saturday, December 2 and Sunday, December 3: No services between Sydenham and Crystal Palace
On Saturday and Sunday, no services will be running between Sydenham and Crystal Palace.
London Overground customers are advised to use London Buses between Anerley and Crystal Palace to complete journeys over the weekend.
A reduced service will also be operating between New Cross Gate and Sydenham all day on Saturday and from 12pm on Sunday.
